Compatibily SMS filter is not fully compatible with third part messaging applications like new HTC messaging application and Treo 750v messaging application.

1. How can I buy the software, how can I receive the unlock code? Send an email to orders@winmobileapps.com with your order id and the 'Owner' for your device. We will reply back the code as soon possbile, at most in 2 working days. 2. Can i use the same unlock for SP and PPC? Yes, but the 'Owner' must be the same for both devices. Problems NB: SMS Filter is not fully compatible with messaging application on Treo750v 1. How can I get the unlock code for upgrade from CSB 1.x to CSB 2.x? Send your request in an e-mail to orders@winmobileapps.com, containing WM's Owner name AND your order details. You can find the 'Owner' in: Settings, Owner Information, Name field. 2. I downloaded Call SMS Blocker but it doesn't work propertly on my device. The version in download is not trial or demo. To work correctly must be registered. 3. I can't install Call SMS Blocker v.2 on my Smartphone, Why? To install CSB on smartphone platform you need to unlock your device. Here you can find how unlock your device. NB: you unlock your device under your responsability. 4. Why Call SMS Blocker hangup after first ring? The caller can earn the first ring because the number is sent by APIs between first and second ring, so Call SMS Blocker had to wait the first ring to get incoming number and analize it. 5. How can insert numbers to block? Call SMS Blocker can handles more than one list. To create lists and insert numbers follow the steps below: - Open CSB and go to 'Call' or 'SMS' tab; - Click on 'Filter' menu, 'List' and 'Add' or tap&hold on listbox; - Insert list's name, choose the type (accept/reject) and the action for numbers in this list; - Now click on 'List', 'Number' and 'Add' or tap&hold in listbox. You can choose four way to insert number in list: Manually, PhoneBook, SIM and Call History. - After you inserted you can click on 'Ok' to save settings until you back to call or SMS page; - Check the list to active it; Now the list is created and actived. 6. I can't create my list, wheni click 'Ok' nothing appears in listbox, why? More probably the database is corrupted, please delete CSB.vol from \My Document\CSB folder. 7. How works CSB? CSB 2.X runs like a firewall. You have to enable/disable filter and choose the base mode (Accept/Reject /Accept Contacts/Rejects Contacts), and then create your black/white list (like rules). Example: Enable Call Filter and set 'Accept' as mode: All calls will coming through and ONLY the number in 'reject' list (red icon) will be blocked.
